It is a tasty yet complicated Sweet to make and one needs a little practice to perfect this recipe
It is usually made on special occasions and weddings. It is also well known as priya prasad (offering) to lord Ganesha.

INGREDIENTS
For Wheat Flour Laddu:
- 3 Bowl Wheat flour
- Ghee 500 ml
- Semolina 1/2 bowl
- 250 gms cup Sugar Powder
- Water 1/2 Glass for knitting Wheat flour
- Cardamom 1 tbsp
- Desiccated Coconut 3/4 bowl
- Almond, Pistachio 1/2 bowl
- Cashew Nuts 1/2 bowl
For Garnishing:
- Rose petals
- almonds
- pistachio
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make Wheat Flour Laddu:
- Take 3 cups Wheat flour, ¼ cup ( 100 grams) ghee and mix well.
- Add water to knead a stiff dough. Then break small lump from the kneaded wheat dough, bind it and press gently to give Muthia shape.
- Heat ghee and fry the Muthia on low flame until they turn golden brown in color.
- Let the Muthias cool down a little, grind the roasted Muthia chunks to prepare a grainy textured mixture.
- Add sugar Powder in the Churma mixture.
- Now add desiccated coconut in churma.
- Put Cashew almond and pistachios shavings over the mixture.
- Add Fried edible gum and crush it with hands.
- Add more ghee & mix them all.
- Now make the laddus with the mixture.
- Mouth watering and tasty Wheat Flour Laddus are ready to be served.

NOTES AND TIPS:
- Put the flame low while frying Muthias.
- Only use desi ghee.
- Store in a air tight container so that you can enjoy it for at least 1 month.
