So, today I have brought to you the recipe of chilled “Watermelon Juice”, also known as Tarbooz Ka Sharbat. So let’s learn to make watermelon juice.

INGREDIENTS
For Watermelon Juice (Tarbooz ka Sharbat)
- Watermelon, 1 Kg
- Mint Leaves, 8-10
- Sugar, 2 -3 Tsp (Or As Per Taste)
- Black Pepper Powder, 1/4 Tsp
- Black Salt, 1/4 Tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder, 1/4 Tsp
- Ice Cubes, 4-5 Pieces
- Lemon Juice, 1 -2 Tsp
- Lemon Slices, Watermelon Pieces, Few Mint Leaves (For Garnishing)
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Watermelon Juice (Tarbooz ka Sharbat)
- Wash the watermelon and cut it. Cut the inner red part into small pieces.
- Grind some mint leaves along with watermelon pieces in the mixer jar and add sugar, black pepper powder, black salt and roasted cumin powder along with it. Grind the mixture well.
- Now filter the watermelon juice in a vessel and add 1-2 spoons of lemon juice and mix it well.
- To serve the syrup, let’s decorate it. Put lemon slices, mint leaves and ice cubes in the glass and pour watermelon juice on it. Then put some chopped watermelon pieces and mint leaves on the side of the glass, along with some lemon and watermelon slices.
- There you have it. Tarbooz ka juice is ready. Serve this delicious Watermelon Sharbat cold.
