INGREDIENTS
For Til Ke Laddu
- Sesame, 500 grams
- Jaggery, 750 grams
- Desiccated coconut, 2 tablespoons
- Cardamom, 2 teaspoons
- Ghee, 2 tablespoons
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Til Ke Laddu
- First, roast the sesame seeds slightly on the gas and keep them aside.
- Then put 2 spoons of ghee in the pan and keep stirring it until it melts well.
- After jaggery melts well, add roasted sesame seeds, cardamom powder and Desiccated coconut and mix well. Now we will turn off the gas.
- Now make ladoos of the desired size with the mixture of sesame seeds.
- Our sesame jaggery laddus are ready to be eaten.
