INGREDIENTS
For Shreekhand
- Curd 1.5 kg
- Sugar powder 2.5 gms.
- Cream -100 gms.
- Dry fruit 1/2 bowl (pistachio, almond, raisins)
- Pinch of saffron
- Cardamom 1/2 spoon
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Shreekhand
- Take curd and put it into a fresh cloth and knot the cloth and hang it for 8-9 hours.
- With this process all sour water from curd removes.
- Now it turns out to be a mattha for further process.
- Now add sugar into mattha and mix well.
- Mix for 7-8 min. Or when sugar dissolves in curd without lumps.
- Now add cream, saffron, cardamom and nuts into the mixture.
- Mix for another 7-8 min.
- Put it into a beautiful utensil and garnish with saffron.
- Chill it for better taste.
- Now it is ready to eat.

- Use sugar powder only.
- You can use any essence or flavor if you want.(optional)
