Today we will prepare Samosa. It it very famous and tasty recipe. Its name says it all regarding taste and it is very popular street food.

INGREDIENTS
For Samosa:
- Potatoes 4-5 boiled
- green chili 2-3
- coriander seeds 1 spoon
- chili, Ginger, garlic paste 1 spoon
- turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
- onion 1-2
- coriander powder 1/2 spoon
- cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
- mustard 1/2 spoon
- dry mango powder 1/2 spoon
- Fennel powder 1 spoon
- red chili powder 1 spoon
- Salt as taste
- oil to fry
- black pepper powder 1/2 spoon
- black salt 1/2 spoon
For Dough:
- all purpose flour 2 bowl
- carom 1/2 spoon
- oil 2 spoon
- water as needed
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make Samosa:
- Wash potatoes and cut into pieces and boil them.
- Peel potatoes and crush them.
- Put pan on gas and add oil now add onion, green chili and ginger paste and mix them.
- Now add rest of spices and saute them for 2 minute.
- Now add crushed potatoes mix them with spices, add cashew and raisins.
- Our stuffing of samosas are ready.
- Now will prepare dough for samosas, add all purpose flour, oil and carom seeds and mix them.
- Now add little amount of water and make dough.
- Now let it rest for 15 to 20 min.
- Now will prepare samosas for that make little balls.
- Now make roti with these balls and cut in 2 pieces
- Now join 2 edges with the help of water and make shape of cone.
- Now put potato stuffing inside cone and seal it with the help of water and make shape of samosas.
- Now add oil in a pan and fry samosas.
- Take them out when turn golden brown.
- Now your samosa ready to serve with sauce and chutneys.

NOTES AND TIPS:
- Put flame on low when frying.
- Seal samosas so that it will not get open in oil.
