INGREDIENTS
For Sabudana Fruit Kheer
- Sabudana (Sago), 1/2 cup
- Milk, 1 liter
- Sugar, 4 -5 tsp or as per taste
- Apple, chopped 1/2 cup
- Papaya, chopped 1/2 cup
- Banana, chopped 1/2 cup
- Pomegranate seeds, 1/2 cup
- Dry-fruits (Cashews, almonds, pistachios), 3-4 spoons
- Rooh-afza (for garnishing), 1-2 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Sabudana Fruit Kheer
- First wash the sago in clean water, and keep soaked for 2 to 3 hours. By doing this, they will become soft in texture.
- Now put milk in a pan on the stove and let it boil well. After boiling the milk, add soaked sago and keep stirring until the sago is cooked well. It should become like kheer.
- Now we will put sugar in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes more. Then put some dry fruit shredding in it and turn off the gas.
- Let the sabudana kheer cool down. Now take out the kheer in a big bowl and add all the fruits apple, banana, papaya, pomegranate which were cut, and mix it.
- Sabudana Fruit Kheer is ready to be served.
- To serve, put it in a glass and put some chopped fruits in it and fill it by adding sabudana Kheer and garnish it with some dry fruit pieces and Rooh Afza and serve cold. This is a very healthy fruit kheer. You can also make it during the fasting season.

NOTES AND TIPS:
- Keep stirring it continuously while cooking so that it does not get stuck in the bottom.
- If you want, you can also add Kewda essence / rose water for fragrance.
- You can add fruits of your choice.
