INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Sabudana Cutlets
- First of all, wash the Sabudana thoroughly and soak it for 2 hours.
- After 2 hours we will remove all the water from it, At this time, our sabudana has melted and has also swollen.
- Now we will mash the boiled potatoes and mix it in the sabudana, and will also add coarse peanuts to the mixture.
- Now add chopped green chillies, coriander, cumin powder, black salt, rock salt, black pepper powder, lemon juice and one teaspoon of ghee to the mixture.
- Mix everything well until combined. Roll the mixture into small balls, and then flatten each ball to make patty (tikki / cutlet). Repeat the same with the remaining mixture.
- Now heat the oil in a pan, and shallow fry from both the sides. You can also deep fry cutlets, if you want.
- Fry all the cutlets until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Our Sabudana Cutlets are ready to eat. Serve them green chutney and curd.
