Today we will prepare a dish named Spinach Puri, or Palak Puri. This is a spicy yet tasty Puri. It is very famous in weddings and special occasions in India.
Nowadays kids don’t love to eat spinach and green vegetables. I am sure if your kid will taste this Palak Puri, he/she will surely love it to the heart.

INGREDIENTS
For Palak Puri:
- Wheat Flour 3 Bowl
- Gram Flour 1/2 Bowl
- Spinach 1 Bowl
- Oil for Smoothing Dough & Frying
- Carom 1 tablespoon.
- Cumin Seeds 1 tablespoon.
- Cumin Powder 1 tablespoon.
- Fennel Powder 1 tablespoon.
- Kasuri Methi 1 tablespoon.
- Salt to taste
- Water
- Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon.
- coriander Powder 1 tablespoon.
- Turmeric Powder1/2 tablespoon.
- Curd 2 Tbsp.
- Semolina 2 Tbsp
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make Palak Puri:
- Take wheat flour and add semolina and gram flour in it.
- Add all the spices in the flour along with curd and a bit amount of oil.
- Mix all ingredients and add some amount of water.
- Knead and make dough.
- Let it rest for 15 min.
- Now knead once again and cut the dough into 2 pieces.
- Make little ball out of it and roll out with help of roller and make puri shape out of it.
- Now heat oil to fry puri.
- Fry till it turns golden brown in color.
- Take out of oil.
- Now your palak puri is ready to serve with tomato chatni or curd as you wish.

NOTES AND TIPS:
- It better taste with jam sauce, curd or chatnis.
- Tastes good if served hot.
