INGREDIENTS
For Palak Paneer
- Palak (spinach), 1/2 kg
- Paneer cottage cheese, 150 grams
- Fresh cream, 2 tablespoons
- Garlic, 10-12 buds,
- Onion, 1
- Tomato, 1
- Ginger, 1/2 inch piece
- Green chili, 2
- Cumin seeds, 1 spoon
- Peppers, 4-5
- Cloves
- Oil, 3 tablespoons
- Coriander powder, 1 teaspoon,
- Red chilli powder 2 spoons,
- Turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon,
- Fennel seeds powder, 1 teaspoon,
- Salt, as per taste.
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Palak Paneer
- First we have taken half a kilo of spinach, washed it and cleaned it.
- Now we'll put it in boiling water and cook till it comes to a boil.
- After that take the spinach out of the hot water and add a little cold water on it, so that the color of our spinach will remain green.
- Now put it in the mixer and make a paste.
- Now first of all we will put a pan on the gas, put two spoons of oil in it, add a little cumin, black pepper, cloves, garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes and some cashew nuts and saute for four to five minutes.
- After that turn off the gas, and allow it to cool, then pour it into a mixer jar and make a fine paste.
- After making the paste, we will now make spinach paneer vegetable, for that we will put a pan on the gas and put two tablespoons of oil in it.
- Now add cumin seeds, dry spices, chilli coriander powder, turmeric powder, fennel powder, salt and stir it for 2 minutes.
- Now add the paste and cook the gravy for 6-7 minutes.
- After that add some water and stir well. Add the cream.
- After this, add the spinach paste and cook it for 6-7 minutes with the lid, and cook.
- Now we'll put the pieces of cottage cheese in it for four to five minutes
- Add some grated cheese on the top and turn off the gas.
- Our palak paneer is ready. Take it out in a bowl and garnish it with cream. Your hot palak paneer is ready to serve.

- Put flame on low when Boil.
