INGREDIENTS
For Gud Ki Raab
- Flour, 2 tablespoons
- Ghee, 2 tablespoons
- Jaggery, 1 bowl
- Dry ginger powder, 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
- Dry fruits = Cashews, almonds, raisins
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Gud Ki Raab
- First of all, we will put a pan on the gas and put 2 tablespoons of ghee in it and 2 tablespoons of flour.
- We Will heat it well on low flame.
- After the dough turns brown, slowly add hot water to it and keep stirring it. Add water until the mixture becomes very thin.
- Then add jaggery to it and stir it well until it boils for 2-3 minutes.
- Add dry fruits and dry ginger powder and black pepper powder.
- We will stir the mixture for 1 minute and then turn off the gas.
- Serve hot

- Your jaggery syrup is ready to be eaten hot. Once you make and eat it, it looks very tasty.
