INGREDIENTS
For Fruit Custard:
- 1 kg Full Fat Milk
- 2 tbsp Custard Powder
- Sugar as taste
- 1/2 cup Papaya (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Mango (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Pomegranate
- 1 Banana (peeled and chopped)
- 1 Spoon Cardamom Powder
- 1 Spoon Kevda Essence
- For Garnishing => Nuts (Almond,Cashew Shavings)
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make Fruit Custard:
- Heat the milk in a pan.
- Add sugar and cook until it dissolves.
- Add 1/2 cup milk in a bowl and add custard powder in it.
- Mix well to make it lump free.
- Add Cardamom Powder.
- Add custard Powder and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Keep stirring continuously.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Add Kevda Essence when mixture cool down.
- Chill the mixture in refrigerator.
- Add Fruit in the mixture when it cools down completely.
- Serve Chilled.

NOTES AND TIPS:
- Add fruits only when you are ready to serve the custard.
- You can also add some rose water for more flavors.
- Only use Full Fat Milk for better taste.
- Store in a refrigerator.
