INGREDIENTS
For Chai Masala
- Cloves, 20 gram
- Cardamom, 30 Gram
- Cinnamon, 20 Gram
- Black Pepper, 30 Gram
- Nutmeg, Mace, 20 Gram
- Large Cardamom, 7-8
- Ginger Powder, 100 Gram
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Chai Masala
- First of all, place a pan on the gas and roast all the spices for 2-3 minutes, so that the moisture goes out, and they mix well.
- Now turn off the flame and allow the spices to cool slightly.
- Now put all the spices in the mixer jar and grind them finely.
- We do not have to roast the ginger powder. Turn it into coarse powder before, grind it after that, and finally mix it in the grounded spices too.
- Now mix all these spices well.
- Your home-made pure and aromatic chai masala is ready. Make you yourself and welcome guests by offering delicious and aromatic tea.
