INGREDIENTS

For Chai Masala
  • Cloves, 20 gram
  • Cardamom, 30 Gram
  • Cinnamon, 20 Gram
  • Black Pepper, 30 Gram
  • Nutmeg, Mace, 20 Gram
  • Large Cardamom, 7-8
  • Ginger Powder, 100 Gram

INSTRUCTIONS:

For making Chai Masala
  1. First of all, place a pan on the gas and roast all the spices for 2-3 minutes, so that the moisture goes out, and they mix well.

  3. Now turn off the flame and allow the spices to cool slightly.

  5. Now put all the spices in the mixer jar and grind them finely.

  7. We do not have to roast the ginger powder. Turn it into coarse powder before, grind it after that, and finally mix it in the grounded spices too.
