INGREDIENTS
For Bread Poha:
- Bread Slices 6
- Oil 2 Tbsp.
- Mustard 1/2 spoon.
- Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon.
- Hing 1 pinch
- Green Chili 2 spoon.
- Chopped onion 2
- chopped tomato 2
- Chili powder 1/2 spoon.
- Coriander Powder 1/2 spoon.
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 spoon.
- Fennel Powder 1/2 spoon.
- Lemon Juice 1 spoon.
For Garnishing:
- Coriander Leaves
- Chaat Masala
- Sev
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make Bread Poha:
- Cut Bread Slices.
- Put oil in a Pan and add all ingredients in it and Cook it.
- After 2 min. add bread Slices in it and mix well don't cook too much.
- Cook it for at least 2 min. and put off the gas.
- Garnish with sev, coriander leaves and chopped onion.
- Serve Hot.
