INGREDIENTS
For Bhutte ka Halwa:
- Corn 4-5
- Ghee 4 Tbsp.
- Milk 1/2 kg.
- Sugar 1 Bowl
- For Garnishing = Cashew, Almonds, Raisins, Pistachio
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to make Bhutte Ka Halwa:
- Peel corns and great them with the help of greater.
- Blend them in mixture jar.
- Put pan on gas and add blended corn along with ghee.
- Now continue stir till water fully dry away from mixture it will take at least hour or so.
- When ghee comes out from the mixture add milk in it.
- Stir continues till milk evaporates.
- Now mixture will look like grainy texture.
- Add sugar in the mixture.
- Stir still ghee comes out and stop sticking in the pan.
- Now put off the flame.
- Add cashew, almonds, resigns, pistachio in halwa.
- Your halwa is ready to serve.

NOTES AND TIPS:
- Put flame on low when stirring.
- Put it in refrigerator so you can consume it for 2-3 days.
