INGREDIENTS
For Bhature Recipe Without Yeast
- Maida, 500 gram
- Semolina, 1/2 Cup
- Sugar, 1 Tsp
- Salt, 1 Tsp or as per taste
- Baking Soda, 2 Pinch
- Curd, 3/4 Cup
- Water, as needed
- Oil, for frying
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Bhature Recipe Without Yeast
- First sieve the maida.
- Now add semolina to the flour.
- Add a teaspoon of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, two pinches of soda, and curd and add a little water and knead a soft dough.
- Now take a bowl and add some oil in it and keep the kneaded dough for 3-4 hours so that our flour gets fermented.
- After that we will take out the dough and mash it a little.
- Now break the dough according to the size of the bhatura you want to make.
- Then make it round or an oval shape.
- Go on rolling bhatura one by one, and then fry in hot oil.
- Your hot and delicious bhatura is ready to be eaten. Eat it with chickpeas.
