INGREDIENTS
For Ajwain Laddu
- Carom Seeds Powder, 1 Bowl
- Desi Ghee, 3-4 TBSP
- Jaggery, 1 Bowl
- Lotus Seeds, 1/2 Bowl
- Almond Shavings, 1/2 bowl
- Dry Ginger Powder, 1 TBSP
- Desicaated coconut, 1 Bowl
- Edible gum, 1/2 Bowl
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Ajwain Laddu
- Add carom seeds in pan and roast it for 10 min.
- Now blend it to make carom powder.
- Sieve it.
- Add desi ghee in a pan and add jaggery in it.
- Saute it till jaggery fully melts and then add dry ginger powder in it.
- Now add desiccated coconut and edible gum. Mix well.
- Add carom powder and almond shavings and mix it.
- Now turn off the gas and add lotus seeds in it. Mix well.
- Now make little laddus out of it.
- Enjoy and eat a laddu daily and become healthier in winters.

- Put it in an air tight container for longer use.
