INGREDIENTS
For Aam Panna
- Raw mangoes, 3 (about 400 grams)
- Sugar, 3/4 cup (as per taste)
- Black salt, 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder, 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder, 1/2 tsp
- Dried ginger powder, 1/2 tsp
- White salt, 1/2 tsp
- Chaat masala, 1/2 tsp
- Mint leaves, 7-8
INSTRUCTIONS:
For making Aam Panna
- Wash and peel raw mangoes. Take out the kernels and cut them into small pieces.
- Put the water on the gas to boil and put the mango pieces in it and let it cook. After 5 to 7 minutes, turn off the gas and allow it to cool.
- Pour everything in a bowl and add all the spices.
- Now put this mixture in a mixer jar and add some ice cubes and sugar to it.
- Now grind it well and add chaat masala to it. This will enhance its taste.
- Add water as per your requirement. Your green mango panna (sherbet) is ready.
- Take it out of the jar and pour it in a glass and put some ice cubes and garnish it with mint leaves. Your chilled Aam panna (Mango sherbet) is ready to drink.

- You can keep the Aam Panna in the bottle and keep it in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
